Starlink Site Survey

On-site surveys are required for us to give you a proper installation estimate and avoid surprises, return trips, and preventable delays.
The on-site survey determines antenna location, proper mount, cable path, modem/router location, and more.
Our minimum installation is $350 + mount + travel. Non-standard work (attic runs, wall drops, multi-story/high-ladder work, etc.) is additional.
Commonly used mounts start at $60 - $90, however a more expensive mount may be required in order to obtain reliable Starlink service.
New customers to Starlink may receive a Free Month of Service to help make up for the cost of our site survey.
On-site surveys are billed at $65 + $1.45 per mile one-way to your site from 825 Helena Flats Rd, Kalispell, MT 59901 ().

About Unattended Access

Inside access is usually only requested during a site survey if we will need to do attic runs, wall drops, or multiple wall penetrations. If we can come through one outside wall to a modem/router location there is usually no need for this access at all.

We avoid this whenever possible and can often gather what we need from outside or by looking through a window. Please do not feel pressured to allow this.
