Starlink Site Survey

On-site surveys are required for us to give you a proper installation estimate and avoid surprises, return trips, and preventable delays.
The on-site survey determines the best antenna location, mounting option, cable path, modem location, WiFi coverage, anticipated reliability, and more.
Our minimum installation is $350 + mount + travel. Non-standard work (attic runs, wall drops, multi-story/high-ladder work, etc.) is additional.
Commonly used mounts start at $60 - $90, however a more expensive mount may be required in order to obtain reliable Starlink service.
New customers to Starlink may receive a Free Month of Service to help make up for the cost of our site survey.

About Unattended Access

Inside access may be needed during an on-site survey and/or during installation work, such as attic runs, wall drops, multiple wall penetrations, equipment placement, or other installation-related adjustments.

We only request unattended access when necessary and limit access to the minimum needed for the approved survey and/or installation scope of work. If unattended access is not allowed, please plan to have an authorized adult present during any required on-site survey and/or installation visit.
